We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on unopened non-personalized or custom items.
Personalized or custom items are non-refundable.
However please feel free to contact us if you have an issue with your order.

Because of the nature of soap, unless they arrive damaged or defective (all items are shipped with insurance so please message us to work through an insurance claim if needed), we can't accept returns for used items, custom or personalized orders or items on sale.
A custom or personalized order arriving late due to postal delay, or customs, is still not refundable. Please order with ample time before your event or contact us to see if we can rush your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
